Characteristics of Polyester Needle Punched Felt

Polyester needle punched felt is a kind of fine fiber cloth that uses nonwoven needled technology to make use of interlaced fibers and uniform spatial distribution. The surface of needle-punched felt is treated by hot rolling, singeing, or coating to make the surface smooth. The filter material has large porosity, good air permeability, and wide use. With strong chemical resistance, it can not only filter normal temperature gas but also filter corrosive gas containing acid. It is an ideal filter material in normal temperature working conditions, liquid-solid separation, and other fields.

Performance

1. Polyester needle punched felt uses fine short fibers arranged in a staggered manner with uniform pore distribution to filter air. The porosity reaches 70%, twice that of woven filter cloth.

2. High dedusting efficiency and low gas emission concentration.

3. The surface of the polyester needle felt is hot rolled, singed or coated, flat and smooth, not easy to block, not deformed, easy to clean, and has a long service life.

4. The anti-static needle felt has the function of anti-corrosion, anti-static and electrostatic discharge of blast furnace gas and cement plant coal mill bag dust collection, and electrostatic discharge.
