Polyester needle felt is made of polyester fiber, viscose fiber, polypropylene fiber, etc., and is made by the needle-punching process. Thermal insulation products and air filtration, etc.
Acid and weak alkali resistance. Wear resistance, corrosion resistance and recovery are very good, and the electrical conductivity is very poor. Heat resistance: 130℃, elongation at break (%): 20-50, breaking strength (g/d): 438. Melting point (℃): 238-240, melting point (℃): 255-260. Specific gravity: 1.38.
Polyester anti-static needle-punched felt has a smooth surface, good wear resistance, high strength, higher strength, and better wear resistance after twisting, so the fabric has good air permeability, fast water leakage, and convenient cleaning.
The raw material structure of polyester anti-static needle-punched felt is short and woolly, the woven fabric is dense, and the particle retention is good, but the peel ability and air permeability are poor. Strength, abrasion resistance, and water leakage are not as good as a polyester-long fiber filter cloth.
Polyester fiber is made of melted silk, with a circular cross-section and a flat surface. The moisture regain is 0.4%-0.5% under standard conditions, and the moisture regain is 0.6%-0.8% when the relative humidity is 100 °C. Therefore, the fiber properties do not change much whether in the dry or wet state. It is resistant to mildew, moth-eaten, and easy to store. The raw material structure of polyester filament is long and smooth. After twisting, the polyester filament has higher breaking strength than short fiber. Due to the smooth material, the finished product has good air permeability. Polyester long fiber has the characteristics of high strength, good water leakage performance, and good wear resistance.
